How It Works
AirTags work by sending out a secure Bluetooth signal that can be detected by nearby devices in the Apple Find My network. These devices then send the location of the AirTag to iCloud, allowing the owner to see it on a map in the Find My app. If an AirTag is lost, it can be put into Lost Mode, which will notify the user when it is detected by any device in the network.
